I am Anke — a Belgian artist, photographer, and slow-traveller.

For as long as I can remember I have been gathering small things: a piece of folded light on a wall in Lisbon, the sound of wind on the North Sea, the colour of moss after rain in the Ardennes.

This open studio is where I keep these notes. Travel stories, photographs, paper works, occasional objects for sale — all made slowly, with a lot of pauses.
